The role of the Production Manager in a large scale and complex project is a demanding one which requires a clear understanding of all the different elements, the needs of all the artists involved as well as the constraints and issues involved in operating on the street and in public spaces. The role involves managing all the technical and logistical aspects of the day and coordinating the involvement of stakeholders such as Council, Police and State Emergency Service.

Accomplished logistics coordinator, skilled in the many aspects of major events and conference organising and management.
Management
First hand experience in site planning, selection and presentation, heavy transport logistics, electrical layout and associated equipment, waste disposal, etc.
Communication
Good communicator, able to develop rapport and liaise effectively with community leaders, local authorities, technical staff, volunteers, management and the general public. Community focused and skilled in creating harmonious working relationships with local communities and authorities.
Production support
Experienced in the set up of mobile office facilities to guarantee communication is kept to a high standard throughout the project.
Technical production
Experienced in the set up of the entire infrastructure necessary to run a major event. With a technical background able to fully communicate the information required by contractors and suppliers.
Design
Very strong visualisation skills with proven track record in the development and creation of innovative fully demountable set design and construction projects. Experienced in the design of equipment with emphasis on storage, user friendliness, identification and packaging of a multitude of equipment associated with outdoor events.
Management
Hands-on team leader with demonstrated ability to engender harmony and productivity from large multi discipline crews often working under difficult conditions.
